100 Word Review - Puss in Boots

On the heels of the Shrek franchise DreamWorks pulls audiences back into its fairytale world with the character off-shoot Puss in Boots. After a close call the synonymous outlaw Puss hears rumor of a treasure that he's been in search of his whole life. Accompanied by an old companion and a cunning new thief Puss sets out to retrieve his prize. Originally scheduled to be a direct-to-DVD spin-off Puss in Boots offers more of the same style and humor you'd expect from the Shrek world. A great film for kids and Shrek fans but doesn't hold much weight beyond that.
