100 Word Review - Real Steel

A mix of science-fiction and sports Real Steel takes a simple concept and twists it into a fun film. Down on his luck, ex-boxer and now headstrong robot boxer Charlie Kenton finds himself at the end of his rope when an unfortunate string of events lands him in custody of his estranged son for the summer. Feeding off each-other the pair hit the road on a robot-boxing tour with their underdog fighter Atom. A trite father-son concept spiced up with some robotic flair Real Steel finds a balance between action and story that create a fun and entertaining boxing film.
